The Board of the Rhodanthe Lipsett Indigenous Midwifery Charitable Fund would like to extend sincere thanks to the Canberra Mothercraft Society for their continued support of the scholarship fund.
The Canberra Mothercraft Society supported five full-time Category A Scholarships in 2025 and 2024, following support for one full-time scholarship in 2023 and 2022. They have also made a commitment to support a minimum of four full-time Category A scholarships in 2026, 2027 and 2028. This level of commitment from a small charity organisation is remarkable. This kind of support for our scholarship fund allows our scholarship program some certainty in the future and we are incredibly grateful.
The late Rhodanthe Lipsett OAM served for more than 20 years with the Canberra Mothercraft Society during her esteemed midwifery career, mostly at the Queen Elizabeth II (QEII) Family Centre. We are pleased to continue to nurture the link between our two organisations.
