The Rhodanthe Lipsett Indigenous Midwifery Charitable Trust is excited to announce that four more 2024 Category A scholarships have been made possible through a generous donation of $20,000 from the Canberra Mothercraft Society.
These extra scholarships go to the following deserving student midwives:
- Brealyn Morton
- Billie-Lee Boudar
- Mahalia Roma
- Louwanna Jean Cohen-Siemsen (Part-time scholarship)
The Canberra Mothercraft Society has been supporting the Rhodanthe Lipsett Indigenous Midwifery Charitable Fund for the past three years with an annual $5,000 donation. This year, they generously offered a second donation of $20,000 to increase the number of Category A Scholarship recipients. Our sincere gratitude goes to the board of the Canberra Mothercraft Society for supporting five full-time Category A scholarships in 2024.
